WHAT IS PERSONAL INFORMATION?

“Personal Information” means information about an identifiable individual (such as a name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, etc). Information such as the name, title or business address or telephone number of an employee of an organization is not considered “Personal Information”.

When you fill out a form or questionnaire on this website we may ask for Personal Information. Any Personal Information that you provide to Joey’s will be used for the purpose for which it was collected. We will always inform you why we are collecting the Personal Information and if you are not comfortable with that use, please do not provide us with your information. You may opt out of such future contact, meaning you can ask us to no longer send you e-mails or direct mail. Sometimes Joey’s receives lists of contact information for individuals who we believe may be interested in our products and services. Each individual Joey’s Seafood Restaurant which collects and uses Personal Information does so independently of any other Joey’s Seafood Restaurant. Personal Information is not shared between Joey’s Seafood Restaurants but may be shared between a Joey’s Seafood Restaurant and Joey’s Franchising Ltd., in order to fulfill marketing and/or business compliance objectives. Joey’s Seafood Restaurants does not sell, trade, or otherwise provide to third parties any Personal Information it has obtained except as described in this Privacy Policy.

SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Joey’s may transfer Personal Information to organizations hired to perform services on our behalf. PRIVACY OF CHILDREN

Joey’s is committed to protecting the privacy of children. For children under age 13, please do not provide any Personal Information without the knowledge and permission of your parent or legal guardian. If we learn that you are under 13, we will not retain any of your Personal Information without the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

COLLECTION OF NON-IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

We collect additional demographic information which will never be connected to any Personal Information you may provide. We do this in an effort to provide the highest quality of services to our customers. This data is collected in aggregate to provide research information and trending models.
