  Have it cooked your way! Charbroiled, blackened, sautéed, poached, Cajun or lightly fried with Joey’s delicious golden Batter. Top your Ocean Fare selection with complimentary Garlic Herb Butter on request. Served with your choice of two side dishes.
Sea Food SHRIMP FEAST
  A half pound helping of large succulent Shrimp. We prefer them sautéed Scampi Style with Garlic Parsley Butter and White Wine or have them served your way.
  SHRIMP DINNER
  If a half pound is too large try our one third pound helping of large succulent Shrimp. Served your way!
  BLACKENED PACIFIC SNAPPER
  Delicious Pacific Snapper seared in a hot pan with Joey’s aromatic Cajun Spice for a traditionally blackened meal. Seals in the natural and spicy flavours!
  SEA SCALLOPS
  Many people consider Scallops the delicacy of the ocean and Canadian Scallops the best in the world. Try a half pound portion of our delicately flavoured large Sea Scallops sautéed or battered.
  TROUT
  Sautéed Rainbow Trout that tastes like you just caught ’em yourself!
  MUSSELS
  A pound and a half of Joey’s finest East Coast Blue Mussels are simmered with White Wine, Garlic and aromatic Vegetable Dice.

  SALMON FILLET
  Our moist Atlantic Salmon is simply sensational and a
healthy choice high in Omega 3 fatty acids. We suggest
the Salmon charbroiled with Garlic Parsley Potatoes and
our Daily Vegetable. Topped with Garlic Herb Butter.

Joey's Cooking Methods
  BLACKENED
  SPICY! We dredge the Fish with our secret Cajun Spice and sear it in a hot pan with just a trace of oil.
  LIGHTLY BATTERED
  Seafood is floured then hand-dipped in our secret light batter and deep fried. Cooked in Canola Oil containing zero trans fats.
  SAUTÉED (with Lemon or Garlic)
  Prepared in butter-flavoured oil until just finished, then fired with fresh squeezed Lemon or Garlic.
  CAJUN
  A lighter coating than blackening, this method results in a modestly spicy flavour.
  POACHED
  Water and Lemon Juice is brought to a boil, then your seafood choice is added. Quick, simple and very healthy with no added fat.
  CHARBROILED
  Grilling over an open flame adds the
flavour of the grill and carmelizes the
surface of the Fish. A very health
conscious cooking method
recommended especially for
Salmon.
