One of the ways Joey’s targets each demographic segment is by offering two separate concepts; Joey’s Full Service Restaurant and Joey’s– Only Smaller. What makes these two concepts unique is their ability to trade customers to the other. A Joey’s – Only Smaller location has our same famous Fish & Chips but offers the Frites as our main menu component, targeting Generations ’X’ and ’Y’. This creates a comfort level for these generations to enjoy our Famous Fish & Chips in a Standard Full Service Joey’s.
A full-service Joey’s Restaurant has our complete menu and typically targets families and the baby boomer generation. The key to Joey’s success is our high standards for quality, service and our commitment to provide value to our guests through lower pricing than you would typically find at our competitor’s. Joey’s full service menu offers something for everyone, including; our Famous Fish & Chips, Grilled Seafood, Ribs, Shrimp, Crab as well as popular mainstream dishes and a great selection of appetizers.
