If eating healthy is a concern of yours, Joey’s can meet your needs. Have your seafood poached, grilled or blackened and choose dishes that are lower in fat such as a tossed salad and light dressing or steamed vegetables.

Fish and Chips are a real treat buy many people are concerned about eating them too often. When you choose fish and chips, make sure they are cooked in Canola oil. Fish and Chips cooked in Beef Tallow contain 10 times the saturated fat. At Joey’s we always cook our Fish and Chips in Canola Oil and as a result they are low in Saturated Fat.
